Biography
Background
During the first Dark Curse, Chief becomes a patient in the secret underground asylum ward beneath Storybrooke General Hospital.
Season 1
Regina pays no attention to Chief, who silently watches her while mopping the floor. He is also present when Jefferson frees Belle from her cell.
Season 4
Chief witnesses the imprisonment of Regina's half-sister Zelena.
Season 5
Despite appearing to be mute, Chief speaks with Zelena and gossips with her about how Emma Swan ripped out Violet's heart.
Season 6
Chief is present when Regina goes to the asylum ward to confront Mr. Hyde and Isaac. Under the Black Fairy's curse, Chief continues mopping at the mental hospital that Emma is confined to.
