On the night of Prince Thomas' ball, Cinderella is left at home by her cruel step-mother and step-sisters to do more chores. Cinderella, who wants to attend the ball more than anything, is suddenly visited by a shimmering golden creature, which reveals herself as her fairy godmother. She suddenly grows in size and pulls out her magic wand from nowhere, but before she barely has a chance to speak, she explodes in front of Cinderella, leaving nothing behind but her magic wand. Shocked, Cinderella watches as Rumplestiltskin arrives and picks up the magic wand. He eventually does what the Fairy Godmother set out to do, and prepares Cinderella for the ball, complete with a beautiful gown and glass slippers.
It is later revealed that the Fairy Godmother was a patron to King George's family. Rumplestiltskin made a deal with King George for the whereabouts of the Fairy Godmother.
- She is based on the fairy godmother from the fairytale Cinderella.
- The fact that she appeared to Cinderella despite being patron to King George's family suggests that they might be someway related.
- Her aura as a fairy appears to be orange.
