Ogres are creatures featured on ABC's Once Upon a Time. They are blind, and hunt by sound, and were one of the main factions of the recurring Ogre Wars.
Biography
Background
The ogres are a vile race that have fought against humans many times in battles known as the Ogre Wars. Regina uses the hair from a scarred ogre as an ingredient for the first Dark Curse, apparently one of the darkest souls in the realm. It is revealed that ogres have overrun the 'post-apocalyptic' Enchanted Forest. One of them attacks Emma Swan, but it is killed by Snow White. Aurora and Phillip claim that the ogres have all been defeated. It is revealed that the ogres were responsible for the death of Belle's mother Colette, during the war.

- Apparently the only way to kill them is to shoot them between the eyes with an arrow.
