Samuel B. Ryce is a character on ABC's Once Upon a Time. He is portrayed by Bruce Blain.
Biography
Season 7
When Henry Mills arrives at the police station in Hyperion Heights to report his car missing, Samuel is unhelpful. After Detective Rogers manages to find the missing Eloise Gardener, Samuel is among those at the station who congratulate Rogers on his success. Eloise turns out to be the leader of a coven, however, and forces Samuel to do her bidding, such as reuniting the coven and kidnapping Rogers. Eloise is eventually defeated by Tilly's magic.
